The only fix for me was to switch to the beta. Oddly after installing FF3beta5, the 2.0.0.14 version started working. Weird. Could be the beta killed some extensions? Maybe. A dodgy extension? 2.0.0.14 has been entirely stable on my XP SP2 machine since day one. Not a single crash - and I use Firefox intensively, with currently 20 extensions enabled. Uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled a fresh download and it's still dead. Windows XP Pro, No error messages, no window, just a minimized button on the toolbar. Back to IE for now. Ever since I updated to 2.0.0.14 FF crashes at least 2-3 times a day. I've never experienced crashes before. Hope I won't have to migrate to IE. That would be an awkward experience.
