Maybe. The only fix for me was to switch to the beta. Oddly after installing FF3beta5, the 2.0.0.14 version started working. Weird. Could be the beta killed some extensions?

A conflict somewhere? A dodgy extension? 2.0.0.14 has been entirely stable on my XP SP2 machine since day one. Not a single crash - and I use Firefox intensively, with currently 20 extensions enabled.

Mozilla auto updated me and now it's dead.
Uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled a fresh download and it's still dead.
Windows XP Pro, No error messages, no window, just a minimized button on the toolbar.
Back to IE for now.

I dunno what kind of "stability" issue was fixed. Ever since I updated to 2.0.0.14 FF crashes at least 2-3 times a day. I've never experienced crashes before. Hope I won't have to migrate to IE. That would be an awkward experience.

WinXP Pro SP2
32bit

At crashes I get the error message, that the crash related dump file is available as "90bc_appcompat.txt", however, searching does not reveal the existence of any such file.
