However, if you're running Windows, you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, find Mozilla FireFox, click it, then click Remove. That being said, removing FireFox won't help the problem you're having. You'll need to contact Hotmail to help with your Hotmail account. Nobody on this forum can delete FireFox off your computer.
