Mozilla to improve end-user support

Mozilla’s Samuel Sidler has posted a call for everybody involved or who wants to be involved in providing end-user support for Mozilla products (Firefox, Thunderbird, Camino) to join a run of meetings to be held within the next three weeks starting on Thursday, May 8.

“There are so many avenues for users to try and get support from that it can be confusing (not all of them are listed here or above). One of the things we’re looking at for the future is improving our customer support options.”, reads Samuel’s post.

More details will be provided soon at the recently created mozilla.support.planning newsgroup.

This is yet another great opportunity to get involved with the Mozilla project so stay tuned.
