My script can not access controls as it does in IE. document.getElementyId("player").object don't return player control object. I read all most all mozilla knowledge base for windows media player documents but still could not find any breakthrough.

timdream: digg, slashdot and myself are quoting the Port 25 post. The announcement also says that documentation and code examples will be available in "the next few days", so I guess it's just a matter of waiting to see how to do this.

I don't get it. People [in here, on digg and slashdot] say the new plug-in provides OCX scripting interfaces, but my script still couldn't access controls as it did in IE. document.getElementById('player').object did not return the player control object.

There are no official release notes neither docs talk about the feature also. I doubt it'd fixed anything.
