Firefox 2.0.0.3/1.5.0.11 updates released

By Percy Cabello

Firefox update menuAs announced, quick updates for Firefox 2.0 and 1.5 branches were released today to fix some regressions in the latest update, including providing certificates to web sites, username/password autofilling and problems with Backbase, an Ajax-based development framework.

A low security vulnerability affecting FTP communications has been fixed as well in both branches so, as usual, it is strongly encouraged to update as soon as possible.

Users may expect to be alerted about the update within 48 hours or can manually force it selecting Check for Updates… in the Help menu.
