Meet Firefox friends

Back in 2006, as part of World Firefox Day celebrations, Spread Firefox announced an incentive program for Firefox users to introduce it to a friend or relative. The name of the new users and their referers Would be displayed in the Mozilla Digital Wall, a screen at the Mozilla Foundation’s headquarters. I haven’t seen a picture of it yet but it was supposed to be carried around in Mozilla events as well.

Additionally, the names are also accessible from the About Firefox window. In the Help menu, select About Mozilla Firefox. Press the Credits button and click on the Friends link to access a cloud of names surrounding the Firefox logo. The page is also accesible by visiting World Firefox Day web site.
