Start Firefox with a splash

By Percy Cabello

Yes, Firefox takes a while when starting up for the first time. You can make it a little easier to wait for it with Splash. This extension, developed by slyfox, presents a splash screen featuring Firefox globe logo and a progress bar. Trivial but for some impatient users it may be worth installing it. It is also available for Thunderbird and Sunbird.

Those are really neat. The Thunderbird on is cool looking. However, the one for Minefield looks plain crappy, even the one for Bon Echo isn’t as nice looking. But neat extension over all. Thanks for the tip.
