Thunderbird 1.5.0.9 update released

An updated for Thunderbird has been released. As usual it fixes a number of security vulnerabilities, including 6 labeled as critical.
To get the update, you can wait for Thunderbird to detect it is available or force it by selecting Check for Updates… in the Help menu.

My email seems to have a restriction of about 1 mb on outgoing attachments.
How can I overcome this problem.
