WordPerfect Office X3 to bundle Firefox

Corel has announced that forthcoming versions of its new consumer oriented office suite Corel WordPerfect Office X3 – Home Edition 2007 (US$79) will bundle Mozilla Firefox.

“Firefox has a reputation for ease of use, security and user experience that closely mirrors the characteristics that attract customers to Corel WordPerfect Office X3, ” said Richard Carriere, general manager of productivity for Corel.

Christopher Beard, vice president of products at Mozilla added: “We’re pleased to work with partners like Corel to introduce our free, open source Firefox Web browser to even more people worldwide.”
