What other open source applications do you use?

Perhaps Firefox is the most popular desktop application coming from the open source world, but there are a large number of others that deliver valuable functionality. Personally OpenOffice.org, Gaim and 7-Zip are default apps on my desktop. What are yours? Let us know in our latest poll and if it’s not listed comment about it.
