I use Nitro myself and have not used the full Adobe reader in a long time due to no longer needing some of the functions it offered (add to that the resource/bloatware hogging) As for Flash; I am a web designer and programmer, that being said I think Flash gets an undeserved bad rap. It has contributed so much to the web world i mean i remember the web back in the early 90s, flash is a technology that added so much (while not always in the right way) to the web. People keep saying its time for it to go and give way to other emerging technologies, but the way i see it the alternatives do not and currently cannot fully fulfill the diverse plethora and portfolio that Flash has. Albeit that might change but not over night. As for Reader switch to Foxit Reader, just pay attention doing install process, sadly they want to install links to Ebay and some other crap, yet Foxit is safer and easier to update. See File Hippo.
