Thanks guys. The only way I could find around this was to:

1. uninstall all logitech products.
2. uninstall Thunderbird
3. uninstall Firefox
4. restart the computer
5. reinstall the above listed applications in reverse order

6. thank mozilla foundation for blaming another company while I lose 2 year's accumulated email

SCREW YOU GUYS.

Oh yeah - not your problem, I forgot.

It constantly loops and states 'Certain files could not be Loaded' What's the matter with those guys! The last major update really sucked too, as it took a many days to get it back to some what how it was and still it was not working quite right.

Ithink I need to fine another program!!

Have other users had the same problem with the spell checker upon installing version 2
In our case on 2 pc's there is no spell checker either automatic or when sending emails - any ideas?

I am not able to successfully load the Thunderbird update to 2.0.0.6. I get a message that it has installed successfully and to restart Thunderbird. But when it restarts I get a message that an update is avaliable and it goes through the same loop. I presently have 2.0.0.0 installed.

Is there a setting that I need to change for the update to install properly?

Thanks
Don
