		<description>As the webmaster of a Scouting Web Site (&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.pack4gardner.org&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://www.pack4gardner.org&lt;/a&gt;) and a Firefox user and promoter, it&#039;s neat to see something like this.  The problem is, to have your website meet the standards set by the BSA, it would be impossible to earn this award.  A Scouting site may not have links to non-BSA related sites. I can&#039;t see how promoting Firefox without a link to either the site or the download would be possible.  Nice thought though!!</description>
