The Camino project has reached another important step towards its first major update labeled 1.1, largely based on Firefox 2 code.

Among the improvements:

• Interoperability with MacOS X Keychain for password storage, still in development
• Session saving
• Bookmarks backup
• Spell checking
• Resizable search bar
• Hotkeys for the first nine bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar (I’d like to see this in Firefox).
