He never told us about any of this. I wanted to see if he was still at the school, and found this. At the end of our two terms I told him he was one of the best teachers I'd had (and still have had) and encouraged him to teach later in life. He said he was giving it serious thought... ha. He's such a great person and he slaved over our class teaching us idiots how to integrate. Saintly patience, and what a sense of humor. Oh goodness, I was in that freshman calculus class!
